1. Your order by phone, fax or through our online store will be answered shortly.

3. The prices in our online shop are not binding an subject to change until the order confirmation.

4. With sending our order confirmation (invoice) to you the prices will be fixed and your order will be binding, The prices are in Euro inclusive the current value added tax (currently 0% for gold, 7% for silver coins and books and 19% for silver bars, platinum and palladium and other goods).

5. The agreed price applies to both sides, even if large fluctuations of prices occur after our confirmation.

6. The goods you ordered can be picked up directly from us or they will be shipped to you with HERMES parcel service.

7. The costs depend on the value of your order:

for each beginning € 10,000 value we charge € 10.00 for shipping within Germany,
or € 20.00 for shipping to other countries in EU.
Including a transport insurance for the shipping.

Orders with worth more than 10,000 € will be shipped with separat parcels each up to 10.000 € worth.

The countries of the EU, we are able to ship to are: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary.

8. Because the prices of precious metals are fluctuating in the financial market, for which we have no control, there is no right for revoke! Excluded are all products which are not subject to these fluctuations, such as Books.
