ORDERING AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The products and prices displayed in our online shop do not constitute a binding contractual offer. By placing an order, you submit an offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded when we issue our order confirmation. From that point onwards, the agreed price is binding on both parties. Subsequent changes in precious metal prices have no effect on a contract that has already been concluded.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are available, depending on the respective product and delivery country:

Bank transfer / advance payment

PayPal
3.59 % surcharge
PayPal may also be used for deliveries outside Germany, provided that this payment method is available for the respective product and delivery country.
Gold products cannot be paid for via PayPal. For these products, bank transfer / advance payment or cash payment on collection is available.
Where PayPal offers additional payment methods within its payment service, such as direct debit, credit card, payment at a later date or instalment payments, these are provided directly by PayPal. PayPal decides, following its own assessment, whether a particular payment method is offered.
DELIVERY AREA
Orders processed automatically through our online shop are intended for delivery addresses within Germany.
Deliveries to other member states of the European Union are available exclusively to commercial resellers following prior verification and identification.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are available on request. We assess on a case-by-case basis whether shipping is possible and under which conditions.
SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY
Depending on the type, value and size of the shipment, we use suitable shipping service providers.
SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN GERMANY
- up to €500 order value: €7 incl. transport insurance
- over €500 up to €2,500 order value: €10 incl. transport insurance
- over €2,500 order value: €22 per commenced €10,000 of order value incl. transport insurance
Each parcel is insured up to the maximum amount applicable to the respective shipping method. Larger orders may therefore be divided into several shipments or sent using a suitable valuables transport service.
DELIVERIES TO RESELLERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Deliveries to other member states of the European Union are made exclusively to commercial resellers who have previously registered with GP METALLUM and completed the required verification and identification process.
Please first create a customer account in our online shop. You must then submit the required company and identification documents to us by email. In addition, you must confirm on our separate form that you are purchasing the goods as a commercial reseller.

The form can be completed electronically. Please then add your signature and, if available, your company stamp and send the completed form together with the required documents by email to shop@gp-metallum.de.
Once your documents have been reviewed and approved, you may select the desired products in our online shop. As our shop system cannot fully automate the necessary distinction between commercial resellers and other customers, please do not complete the order through the normal checkout process.
Instead, proceed with the desired products as far as the order summary and then send us by email a screenshot of the order summary showing the requested products and quantities.
We will then enter your order manually and send you the corresponding invoice.

- up to €2,500 order value: €22 incl. transport insurance
- over €2,500 order value: €29 per commenced €10,000 of order value incl. transport insurance

SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Deliveries to other countries are available on request. Shipping availability and shipping costs are assessed and calculated individually for each order.
The calculation is based in particular on the weight, volume and value of the requested goods as well as the exact delivery address.
Please provide us with the requested products and quantities as well as your complete delivery address via our contact form. We will then check whether shipping is possible and inform you of the individually calculated shipping costs.
SAFE-PLACE AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
We expressly advise against safe-place authorisations, deposit agreements or similar special delivery instructions given to the parcel service. If a shipment is properly left at the agreed location on the basis of an instruction issued by the recipient, the recipient bears the risk of any subsequent loss or damage.
The recipient's rights in the event of improper delivery remain unaffected.
COLLECTION
By prior arrangement, ordered precious metals may also be collected from us in person and paid for in cash.
As we do not keep stocks of precious metals at our business premises, prior arrangement of the products and a collection appointment is required.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PRECIOUS METALS
Pursuant to Section 312g (2) no. 8 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which GP METALLUM has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period. This applies in particular to the market-price-dependent precious metal products currently offered by GP METALLUM.
The statutory provisions on the right of withdrawal apply to other goods.
