From 12 August 2026, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) will introduce additional legal requirements, costs and administrative work for shipments to other EU countries.
For this reason, we will no longer ship to delivery addresses outside Germany within the EU from that date.
Delivery Area: Germany
We deliver exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany.
The billing address may differ from the delivery address and may also be located outside Germany. However, a delivery address in Germany is required for an order.
We only charge shipping costs for transportation to the German delivery address specified when placing the order.
Our contractual delivery obligation and shipping service exclusively cover transportation to this delivery address in Germany.
Any transportation of the goods after delivery to this address is not part of our shipping offer or shipping service. We do not offer, arrange, broker, commission or charge for any such onward transportation.
If the customer wishes to arrange further transportation after delivery, the selection, organisation and commissioning of such transportation must be carried out entirely independently by the customer.
The customer's statutory rights, in particular statutory rights in the event of defects, remain unaffected.
